Scoutmaster
The Scoutmaster is the adult leader responsible for th eimage and program of the troop. The Scoutmaster trains and guides the troop's boy leaders, works with other responsible adults to bring Scouting to boys, and uses the Methods of Scouting to achieve the Aims of Scouting
Committee Chair
The Troop Commmittee Chair assists the scoutmaster by coordinating the business activities of the troop committee. Amoung the committees' duties are the recommendation of adult leaders, sitting on Advancement Boards of Review, managing the troop's finances, and processes membership.
Advancement Chair
As a member of the Troop Committee, the Advancement Chair encourages scouts to advance in rank, maintains advancement records, arranges for quarterly Courts of Honor.
Senior Patrol Leader
The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) is in charge of the troop. This scout is elected by his peers to a term of 6 months. He will plan and preside all troop meetings and outings, including a monthly Patrol Leader's Council meeting and a summertime annual planning conference. The SPL is trained and assisted by the Scoutmaster.
Outing Coordinator
This adult assists the Scoutmaster and the Patrol Leader's Council by helping to arrange outings.
